7 ways to connect with yesHEis socially

yesHEis isn’t about a website, it’s about a community. Not the sort of community where you call everyone uncle and re-write your will towards a nominal charity, but simply a big international group of Christians who see the opportunity the Internet has for the Kingdom of God. So for those of you who found us through Twitter, guess what…… we have a Facebook page, and those of you who found us through Pinterest, guess what…….. We have a massive video (and other stuff ) library at yesHEis.com.

So if you like what you see, here are all the other places you can connect with yesHEis socially. Enjoy.

#1 Facebook

Facebook was the first cab out of the ranks for us. We launched our page back in early 2011 and we now have cracked the 78,000 “Likers” mark just this week. Basically we use Facebook to showcase the content from yesHEis and the articles from REACH blog out to the yesHEis community. Also whenever we find anything else that may help you in sharing your faith online, you’ll find it here. Facebook is where we see our biggest levels of engagement and discussion.

#2 Twitter

Twitter arrived for us not so far behind Facebook. Twitter is probably the easiest way to stay connected with yesHEis on the fly. If you’re a bit of a twit-head you’ll know how this works. We tweet plenty of Christian media driven tweets across the day and mainly the sort of stuff you can re-tweet on to your own followers.

#3 Pinterest

This is the baby for us, and we’re still getting our heads around it. Only launched last week, we have actually already seen some pretty amazing engagement with Christians, many of whom have not previously connected with yesHEis. Pinterest is the perfect platform for hosting and sharing the images we create in-house and find elsewhere on the web. If you have a Pinterest account already, definitely jump over and follow our Pinboards. If you have no idea what Pinterest is, don’t be surprised, it’s a relative newbie to the social network industry. We ran a basic guide to Pinterest article the other week so have a look at that for a start. Perhaps you’ll find that Pinterest is something you could use.

#4 yesHEis.com

yesHEis.com is where the action really happens. This is our video (and other stuff) library where we have collected hundreds of Christian videos (and other stuff) so you can share your faith online. With each piece of content in yesHEis there is opportunity to comment and add to the conversation. But most of all, you can take the media you find and share it across whatever Social Network your heart may desire.

#5 REACH blog

Well you probably know a little about REACH blog as you’re currently reading it….. REACH is basically a place where the yesHEis community developers can expand on the mission behind yesHEis. We often feature and review the media found within yesHEis and the artists that create them. We like to stay up-to-date with what’s happening in the world of Social Media so we can show you the opportunities the technology can bring for the Kingdom of God. You can comment on any of the blog posts and even Subscribe to the weekly REACH blog newsletter.

#6 Youtube

We also have a yesHEis Youtube channel where you can find our fortnightly video blogs (vlogs) and the promotional videos we put together to help communicate the vision behind yesHEis. We obviously believe in the power behind film and video to deliver messages and we look to use the worlds biggest online video platform for the Kingdom of God. You can subscribe to our channel to engage with us, and plenty of others, about the opportunity the web brings to Christianity.

#7 Google+…

….. is just around the corner for yesHEis. We’re looking at the fact that a growing amount of people, and hence Christians, are starting to use Google’s latest foray into the Social Media market. Over the next month the yesHEis Google+ page will be launched. So if you are on Google+, watch this space, as we’ll be joining you soon.

Are there any other places on the web you would like to be able to connect with yesHEis? Let us know in the comments section below and we’ll see what we can do.
