Our Chance

If you haven’t taken the time to do so already, its definitely worth 5 minutes to see the thoughts presented in ‘Our Chance’.  The short documentary styled film collects the opinions of 5 Christians who find that the Internet does not need to represent an overbearing and immoral new piece of technology, but rather an opportunity, the likes of which we haven’t seen before.

Our Chance

10 years ago the Internet stood in the minds of people for something far different than it does today.  Beyond information sourcing, the web was littered with pornography, gambling and illegal file-sharing software, hardly expressing a wholesome leap forward in technology for the modern world.  However, with the advent of multiple social media platforms, and their almost surreal surge in popularity, MySpace, Facebook and the like were able to impart a sense of warmness back into the Internet and forever change the way relationships and sharing would take place.  This transformation would be significant for any business, cause or institution and indeed presented enormous growth prospects and avenues for development.

‘Our Chance’ gives viewers a peek into what these prospects look like for believers, and whether social media is worth our investment as a potential stage to communicate the gospel message.

Please let us know what you think of the film and feel free to share these thoughts with your Christian friends who are interested in Internet Evangelism.

    OUR CHANCE

This is so true! We have a chance to get the gospel out to so many people thru social media. We use to send tracts with our bills when we mailed them. Now all we have to do is sit at the computer and use our mind and fingers. Tell what the Lord has done for us, tell what He can do for everyone else. Never miss a CHANCE to tell your story of salvation!
